This Privacy Policy explains how Craftnata (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your information when you use our website and request a quote. Craftnata is a custom woodworking studio based in Bogor, Indonesia.

Details you give us. When you request a quote we collect your name, WhatsApp number, and (if you provide it) your email, along with your description of the piece you want and any photos you upload.
Usage data. Like most websites, we automatically collect standard technical data (such as your device, browser, approximate location and how you use the site) through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use your information
To prepare and send your price estimate and follow up about your order, usually on WhatsApp.
To operate, secure and improve our website, and to measure and improve our advertising.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and third-party analytics to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our ads.
Meta (Facebook) Pixel & Conversions API. We use Meta tools to measure and optimise our ads. When you submit a quote request we may share a hashed (irreversible) version of your phone number and email with Meta so it can match the conversion to an ad. We never share your raw contact details for this purpose.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and behaviour in aggregate.
How we share your information
We share your quote request (your details, description and photos) with our own order-management system so our team can prepare your quote and follow up.
We rely on service providers to run the site and our analytics/advertising, including Vercel (hosting), Meta and Google. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to serve your request and run our business, then delete or anonymise it.
