What's the smallest order I can place?
As few as 6 pieces for most items. We're built for small brand runs, not just bulk. A few very small items, like coasters, may need a slightly higher minimum, and we'll tell you upfront. Orders have a minimum value of Rp 500,000.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes, you can buy a single sample before committing to the full run, so you can check the wood, finish and engraving in person first.
How long does an order take?
Most orders ship within 2–4 weeks of confirmation. Bigger runs take a little longer, and we'll give you a firm timeline when we confirm your quote.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit to start production, then the remaining 50% before delivery. We send you photos of the finished pieces before anything ships.
Do I get to approve the design before you make it?
Yes. We share a proof of your engraving and layout to approve before we start cutting, and photos of the finished pieces before we ship.
Is the instant price the final price?
It's an instant estimate from our real cost model, a range to give you a feel fast. Once you send it over, our team confirms the exact quote for your sizes, wood and quantity, usually within 24 hours.
Is the engraving really free?
Yes. We laser-engrave your logo, text or artwork into every piece at no extra cost, across your whole order, however many you make.
What woods and finishes can I choose?
Solid teak, mahogany or sungkai, plus pinewood for boxes and crates, in a natural or walnut-stained finish, with live-edge options if you'd like the bark left on. Not sure? Describe the look and we'll suggest the best fit.
What logo file should I send?
Any format works. A vector file (AI, SVG, PDF or EPS) gives the crispest engraving, but a high-resolution PNG or JPG is fine too. Send what you have and we'll handle the rest.
What kinds of pieces do you make?
Trays, serving and paddle boards, tissue boxes, coasters, menu holders, boxes and crates, display stands, card and label holders, right through to one-off custom pieces. If you can sketch it, we can usually make it.
Can I describe what I want in Bahasa Indonesia?
Of course. Write it in Indonesian or English, and our AI reads both. You can also attach a photo instead of, or alongside, typing.
Do I need to create an account?
No account, no sign-up. Just describe your piece and leave your name and WhatsApp, and we'll take it from there.
Do you ship outside Indonesia?
Yes. We're based in Indonesia and ship worldwide. Shipping is quoted separately based on where you are and how much you order.
